80 recipes using the best of Norfolk produce are celebrated in the beautifully produced Norfolk's Own Cookbook.
The total cost of production is already paid for by the generosity of sponsors and contributors, which means that all of the £20 for every book sold will go towards Marie Curie.
The recipe on page 111 for Potato and Rosemary Soda Bread was created by award winning Norfolk chef Vanessa Scott, to celebrate the first harvest of our Norfolk Peer new potato crop in June 2014 and the result was loved by all.
